All of our individually designed corporate housing options have fast Wi-Fi and comfortable home-office setups, making them ideal for hybrid and remote workers. All of our furnished corporate rental apartments are cleaned and sanitized between each stay.

In addition, service providers will only enter an apartment with guests’ permission. MKB Homes offers contactless support through our app, as well as by phone and email. Our guests can also enjoy additional contact-free services from our brand partners.

 
All of our corporate short-term rentals are priced competitively (generally 30 to 50% cheaper than hotels of similar standards).

The prices listed on our website include only the rental cost. Upon request, we can offer our guests an all-inclusive monthly package that includes additional services such as cleaning & restocking, utilities, common fees, etc. We don’t charge any management fees for our services.
 
The minimum rental period for our corporate apartments for rent is one month. However, in specific cities, we can accommodate corporate guests for shorter stays (upon request).
 
Our corporate apartments for rent have everything your workforce needs to show up in a new city and be productive. MKB Homes’ furnished corporate apartments come standard with appliances, entertainment systems, furniture, kitchenware, towels and linens, and even a Welcome Kit with basic supplies to get our guests started in their new cities.
 
A contract can be signed by either the company or the guest. We can easily provide an invoice or a rental payment slip as per your preference.
 

When you book temporary corporate housing with MKB Homes, you have multiple payment options, including credit card, bank transfer, and centralized billing. In addition, we offer all of our enterprise clients a flexible payment structure. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to set up billing.
